2. Upon Finalising Your Purchase

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout. If it does not arrive, please check your junk or spam folder and contact info@icdltraininguk.com for help. Course-access instructions are normally emailed after your order has been checked.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Our 14-day cancellation and full-refund policy applies when you ask to cancel within 14 days after the day of purchase, provided you have not opened or accessed the course materials and have not started or completed any lessons. Email info@icdltraininguk.com to request cancellation. Your statutory consumer rights may also apply in other circumstances.
  • For digital course content supplied during the 14-day cancellation period, we must first obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that your statutory cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, where those rules apply. Where valid consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and digital content supply has begun, we normally cannot offer a change-of-mind refund after you access the course or begin or complete lessons. Merely accessing a course without the required consent and acknowledgement does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights. This policy does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content or services.
  • Discounted and promotional purchases retain the same applicable statutory consumer rights as full-price purchases, including rights where digital content or services are faulty or not as described.
  • No administration fee will be charged where consumer law entitles you to a full refund. We will explain any other lawful charges that may apply before processing a cancellation.

4. Payment Policies

Online checkout purchases are payable when the order is placed. For separately agreed invoice-based purchases, a £25 late-payment administration fee applies if an invoice remains overdue, provided this charge was clearly agreed in advance and is permitted by law.

5. Exam-Inclusive Packages

For courses that include exams:

  • All exams must be completed within 12 months of course activation.
  • Exam credits are applied only at the time of booking—not in advance.
